RUSSIAN SANDWICH

1 slice rye bread
1 slice baked ham
1 slice Swiss/Provolone cheese
1 slice white turkey; optional
3 slices tomatoes
On each individual plate, build each sandwich in above order. Pour dressing over
each sandwich; sprinkle bacon bits; garnish with wedges of hard boiled eggs,
carrot strips, olives, or lettuce.
DRESSING:
1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
10 oz. Heinz pickle relish
1 pt. mayonnaise
Mix all together well and pour over open face sandwiches. May be stored in
refrigerator for future use.
